When your lights don’t come on when you flip the switch, NEP is here to help. We will work with the host utility in your area to restore power and to get you back up and running as soon as we can. Our NEP Resident Support team is available 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
While our resident support staff is only available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, we do offer 24/7 after-hours support! A live person is always available to talk with you and will email all related information to our resident support staff to be answered within 24 business hours. If there is an emergency such as an outage, resident support and field personnel will be notified immediately via email, call and text to begin the troubleshooting process and provide you with the most up to date information via our website.
