Log in to your Resident Account to pay your bills or sign up for autopay. While you're there you can also learn more about your energy usage.
Save time and by paying your bill online. We’re a recognized payee with most major banks.
Call 614.918.2031 or 877.818.2637 and select "option 2" to pay your bill through our 24/7 automated bill pay at no cost to you.
You can also pay with our NEP Resident Support Team, 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday for a $3.50 service fee per each transaction.
Pay your bill by mailing the detachable payment stub includeded with your bill along with your check to:

Payments are accepted in all Walmart and Kroger locations in the continental US.
Walmart charges a service fee of $1 for 3-day payment or $1.50 for next business day per transaction.
Kroger charges a $2 service fee for next business day per transaction.
We offer live support with our NEP Resident Support team 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and live emergency support 24/7. You can also contact us online, and our Resident Support team will assist you via email. More convenience means you use less energy—pretty smart.
